Pastry Line Little Folks Voile Oh MY!

There is just so much to love about this fabric. When it came into the shop two days ago I couldn't resist. Then I decided I needed to make something fast, as in quickly. So yesterday after gathering opinions (and boy do we have an opinionated group)
I decided on a skirt.

I did elastic thread smocking for the waist band. This is so comfortable. It's a bit time consuming but not difficult. Since this fabric is so light it was fun to see it go all crinkly.
Be kind about the photos. I took these this evening, at seven thirty, by myself.

Just darling. If say, someone had you for a Pay It Forward person, what might you like? You know. Hypothetically. Something crafty, your colors. Ideas? Just thinking out loud here.
